Womens Personal Training Milton Keynes

I say this loosely. I feel every woman in Bletchley needs to be active and living a healthy lifestyle but hear me out as to why starting in the new year might not be the best idea.

It’s become a trend to get fit in the new year. There’s a sense of pressure to flip your life 180 in a matter of 24 hours but why?

After a brilliant festive, social time of year, I 100% get it that it’s time to tighten up the screws. But our mental and physical health are a product of our life habits up to now. Not the last 30 days. Dropping some kilos quickly isn’t success if you to only revert back to your old ways. It’s about embodying healthier habits such as walking more, sleeping more, eating more whole foods along side up taking up some regular strength training. Which isn’t an overnight fix, or a one size fits all. But by focusing and obsessing on these habits will only see the results you’re likely after. More energy, less aches and pains, more strength, more confidence, fat loss.

So if you feel it’s an impulsive urge to get fit this new year. I’d say hold off. Get to the bottom of your reason for change first. But if you feel you’re ready to make your health and well-being a priority, here’s what I’d recommend.

  • Focus on your lifestyle factors. sleep, steps, food quality before anything.

  • One clear goal, fat loss, better at running, more muscle. One focus.

  • Invest. I’m not a plumber, hence why I call one when I need help. Unless you’re a PT yourself, invest in a coach who can save you all the guess work.

  • Get to know you why. Why do you want to drop some fat? Is it because you can’t keep up with kids? Is it because you couldn’t wear your favourite dress this Christmas? Get deep, ask yourself those tough questions. The deeper you go, the easier all this becomes.

Why might you hire me as your coach?

I run Bletchley's leading personal training facility specifically for women who want to get strong and embody a healthier lifestyle. No more FAD diets. No more Yo-Yo dieting. No more bootcamps. But personable purpose driven training to help you excel in day to day life & looking bloody good while you do it.

You can find everything you need to know about me on instagram if learning how to out lift your husband sounds like something for you @CharlieJonesPT

I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and new year. I hope has put some of you at ease and feeling less pressured to flip your life 180. I hope it's left the rest of you with questions to yourself to get to the bottom of why you want to make change.

p.s : The deeper you go with getting to know your why. The more success you'll find.
