Hi, I’m Charlie Jones, a personal trainer based in Milton Keynes — and I’ve started a powerful shift happening in the local fitness scene.

While I do run a program that focuses on both progressive strength & conditioning, there is so much flexibility on how we help you personally. From the manner we talk and style we coach. To manipulating the exercises, sets and reps to suit your injuries or goals. Just smart, effective training built around your life.

Let’s be honest — gyms can feel uncomfortable. You’re not sure where to start, you don’t always feel confident using the equipment, and it can feel like everyone’s watching. With me, it’s a completely different experience.

You’ll have full support in a relaxed, welcoming environment. I’ll guide you through every session, keeping you on track, focused, and motivated — minus the pressure or judgment. All you need to do is turn up.

Life is busy. I get it. That’s why my small group personal training beats your traditional one to one training. — whether that means early morning sessions before work, evening workouts, or even training from your home. I have a timetable that gives you full control.

I make it easier to show up for yourself, even on the busiest days.
